(I) Bottle rinsing, filling and capping machine:

a. Disinfection and rinsing part

☆ This machine is a rotary bottle rinser, mainly used for washing bottles of wine, beverages, water and other products.

☆ The new bottle enters the equipment through the bottle separation screw and star wheel, and the bottle mouth is clamped by the clamp and flip mechanism to turn the bottle mouth downward. After being rinsed with sterile water, it automatically flips to the bottle mouth upward and is transported to the next process through the bottle discharge star wheel.

☆ The main structure of the equipment, the part in contact with the flushing medium and the external protective cover are all made of stainless steel;

☆ Open gear transmission;

☆ A pneumatic device is installed at the bottle inlet to control the bottle inlet to prevent the bottle from falling into the main machine;

☆ The water inlet pipe of the bottle rinser is equipped with a pressure gauge and a pressure regulating valve;

☆ Automatically adjust the lifting to adapt to bottles of different heights, and is equipped with a high and low position protection device;

☆ Equipped with a water receiving tray to recycle the bottle flushing water:

☆ The flushing volume for each bottle type is: 105ml/s (at 0.25MPa);

☆ When there is a lack of bottles or the machine is shut down, the flushing will stop automatically, and when the bottle is restored, it will automatically flush again.

b. Filling part:

The filling part realizes the filling of materials into the washed bottles sent by the bottle rinser.

The whole machine has a complete CIP cleaning structure.

The double guide rod bottle lifting structure is adopted to make the bottle lifting and centering stable.

The main drive adopts gear drive, which is open-type combined drive, with high efficiency, low noise, long life, easy maintenance, and sufficient lubrication. The inverter is used to control the speed of the main motor of the machine. The machine adopts stepless frequency conversion speed regulation.

The bottle guide system has a simple structure and can be quickly and conveniently changed according to the bottle type. The whole machine adopts a bottleneck structure for transportation.

The whole machine is automatically controlled by PLC, and faults are displayed online, such as bottle blockage, missing caps, etc.
